2. Trademark Information
LingJi™ is a pending trademark. All branding elements, including the LingJi name and logo, are protected under trademark and brand identity laws. Trademark rights will be enforced once registration is complete.
Any use of LingJi branding without authorization—including imitation apps, misleading use, or derivative branding— is not permitted.
3. Third-Party SDKs and Libraries
LingJi iOS applications integrate trusted third-party services to provide analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and app performance monitoring. These services operate under their own independent licenses.

3.2 Google AdMob

3.3 Apple Frameworks
LingJi iOS applications utilize official Apple frameworks such as Swift, UIKit, StoreKit, and AVFoundation. These frameworks are provided under Apple’s platform licenses.
3.4 Open-Source Components
LingJi may use open-source Swift packages or libraries, each governed by its own license (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD, etc.). Full open-source notices will be included inside the app if required by each license.
3.5 Microsoft Azure Speech Services
LingJi apps use Microsoft Azure AI Speech (Text-to-Speech) to generate high‑quality learning audio. Audio generated through Azure TTS is licensed for commercial use under the Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services terms, provided usage complies with Microsoft’s Responsible AI and Speech service policies.
